PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the title method by connecting a master to only one slave out of plural ones, deciding the interruption requests (IRQ) of respective slaves from an interruption line selecting part of the connected slave and executing a test based on a program and data in a test program (TP) corresponding to the IRQ. CONSTITUTION:The interruption line selecting part 10 is formed on one slave 1 out of plural slaves 1-n to be controlled by one master 100. Since the interruption line selecting part 10 has a signal selecting function for selecting the data sending IRQs of the other slaves 2-n in addition to that of the self-slave 1 and a memory function for storing data for testing all the slaves 1-n and a TP of a program, the master 100 successively reads out the data of the TP and the program in response to the IRQs of respective slaves. Thereby, the master 100 can execute an operation test in the same state as the connection of all the slaves 1-n only by connecting one slave 1. Thus, the test can be executed by the simple constitution. |
