<p>PURPOSE: To selectively perform deformation to an arch shape for an instrument neck and to house or take out a neck rod to/from the blind hole of the instrument neck by providing an additional means for shortening the valid length of a second rod member to the valid length of a first rod member. CONSTITUTION: A rod part is composed of a first relatively short neck rod member 2 and a second relatively long neck rod member 3 and both neck rod members are firmly connected with each other at end parts by a rivet. The end part 5 of the relatively short neck rod member 2 is provided with a male screw 6 and the female screw 7 of a union nut 8 is suited to the male screw. The end part 9 of the relatively long neck rod member 3 is provided with a female screw 10 and a male screw 11 of an adjustment screw 12 is suited to the female screw. Thus, this neck rod is made insertable to the blind hole of the neck of the instrument and is firmly fixed to the blind hole by easily deforming the respective rod members in a desired direction and turning them to the arch shape, the neck rod is not made to erroneously slide off from the blind hole and the neck rod is immediately withdrawable.</p> |
