PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic sensor and a current sensor which are high sensitive and high reliable, by using Fe radical alloy of specified composition containing Cu. CONSTITUTION:Fe radical alloy having composition expressed by a general formula is used. At least 50% of the configuration is composed of fine crystal grain whose mean diameter is less than of equal to 1000Angstrom . In the formula, M is Co or Ni, M' is at least a kind of element selected from a group composed of Nb, W, Ta, Zr, Hf, Ti and Mo, M'' is at least a kind of element selected from a group composed of V, Cr, Mn, Al, platinum group element, Sc, Y, Au, Zn, Sn and Re, and X is at least a kind of element selected from a group composed of C, P, Ge, Ga, Sb, In, Be and As. Constants a, x, y, z, alpha, beta and gamma satisfy the following, respectively; 0<=a<=0.5, 0.1<=x<=0.3, 0<=y<=30, 0<=z<=25, 5<=y+z<=30, 0.1<=alpha<=30, 0<=beta<=10 and 0<=gamma<=10. |
