摘要 PURPOSE:To treat an extensive diseased part and a diseased part in a narrow area while maintaining an interval between a fiber and the diseased part to be treated as it is by arranging the title device on a light path between a laser beam source and a laser beam conductor and changing the convergent angle of a laser beam at the incident edge of the laser beam conductor. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam emitted from a laser beam source 8 for a guide is reflected at a mirror 9 and, thereafter, made incident on a dichroic mirror 4. The light is reflected at the dichroic mirror 4, thereafter, made to pass outside the axes of mobile lenses 5 and 6, inclined to the incident edge surface of a fiber 7 and made incident. In order to match the range of a guide light and the dimension of the diseased part to be irradiated, a knob to interlock with the mobile lenses 5 and 6 is turned, and the illumination range of the guide light is adjusted. A foot switch is depressed for oscillating a laser beam source for a treatment, and the laser beam source for the treatment is oscillated. The oscillated laser beam is made into a parallel beam by a collimating lens 2 and a cylindrical lens 3 and made incident on the dichroic mirror 4. The beam is transmitted through the dichroic mirror 4, thereafter, made incident on the fiber 7, and the diseased part is irradiated from the emission edge of the fiber 7.
