PURPOSE:To enable a metallic net to be used as a net body without requiring any formation with resin and further enable a less expensive formation of a frame with synthetic resin to be carried out by a method wherein small projections arranged in the frame of synthetic resin are passed through net apertures of the net body, the small projections are heated and crushed to form some projections and then the net body is engaged with the projections. CONSTITUTION:A frame body 1 is formed as a resin molded product by applying integrally a grid 11 with an outer frame 10 and formed as an injection molded product. In addition, some aeration holes 12 are formed between the grids 11. A plurality of small projections 2 are arranged at several locations in a rear surface of the frame 1. In case that the frame 1 is provided with a net body 4, each of the small projections 2 projected at the frame body 1 is inserted into net aperture 3 of the net body 4, an extremity end of each of the small projections 2 is heated and softened, thereby crushed to form a projection 5 larger than the net aperture 3 at an extremity end of small projection 2. The projection 5 is engaged with the net body 4, welded and fixed to it. |
