PURPOSE:To contrive to make the work-fitting operation smooth by covering some positional shifting at the mounting of each work to a fixed mold by a method wherein each opening recess of the fixed mold, to which the work is fitted as a work holding member rotates, is made so as to communicate outside and at the same time guide faces are obliquely made at outer end parts of the opening recess. CONSTITUTION:In the fitting of each work to a mold in order to apply insert molding operation to a part of each key or the like, a table 1, which is shifted from a working position P1, is stopped at a working position P2 and, after that, lowered. As a result, since the lowering of an adjusting bolt 15 is checked by a movement controlling pin 6, a holder 2 is pivoted against the energizing force of a compression spring 13, resulting in fitting the basic end portion of a work held in a gripping part 16 in the outward communicating portion of the communicating groove 24 of a bottom force 22. At this time, even when said basic end portion abuts against the position, which is slightly away from the outward communicating portion of the communication groove 24, the basic end portion is surely fitted to the outward communicating portion of the communicating groove 24 due to obliquely made guide surfaces 25, resulting in fitting the work in the whole communicating groove 24 and a cavity 23. |
