PURPOSE: To provide a function for handling and carrying a hardware pertaining to a sample preparation system by providing a sample chamber extending in the longitudinal direction of probe and passing a fluid alternately in the opposite directions. CONSTITUTION: A sample chamber 12 extends in the longitudinal direction through a probe so that a fluid can be passed through the chamber alternately in the opposite directions and an annular electrode 18 is disposed around the sample chamber 12 contiguous to one end thereof. At least a part of the electrode 18 is surrounded by a barrel 40 which is connected with a capacitance measuring means in a computer along with the electrode 18 in order to detect variation of capacitance between them. The inner and the outer diameter parts of the electrode 18 are insulated from each other through a nonconductive coating of Teflon, for example. An annular elastic member, i.e., a sheath 30, surrounds a chamber 22 and a flat clamped bottom part 32 is provided between the electrode 18 and the nose 16 of a sample tube 12. |
