PURPOSE:To obviate generation of an image drop-out even in case of executing double- face copying by forming a toner image at the magnification at which the image of an original is not dropped out according to the size of copying paper and the size of the front end white ground part and rear end white ground part thereof. CONSTITUTION:The front end white ground part Wf is formed by setting the timing for feeding the copying paper P to a transfer position earlier by the length size of the front end white ground part Wf than the toner image and the rear end white ground part Wr is formed by exposing a white pattern with an exposing lamp. The toner image is formed at the magnification at which the image of the original is dropped out according to the size of the copying paper and the length size of the front end white ground part Wf and rear end white ground part Wr thereof. For example, the toner image is formed by reducing the same by as much as the size of the front end white ground part Wf and the rear end white ground part Wr if the sizes of the original and the copying paper are the same. Since the front end white ground part Wf and the rear end white ground part Wr are provided on the copying paper in such a manner, the winding of the copying paper P to a roller and the stain of the roller and the copying paper P are prevented; in addition, the image drop-out is obviated. |
