PURPOSE:To cut out a large number of stone sheets at once, accurately and promptly and also reduce the harm of noise and dust by stringing a plurality of loops between a pair of drums and driving rotatingly the drums, at the same time, giving a relative movement between the loops and the stones. CONSTITUTION:A diamond beads wire 12 is wound round between the drums 7, 8 so as to actuate an air cylinder 18 and so a bearing 10 at a follower side is pulled in the direction of an arrow P, so that the diamond heads wire, namely, loops 15 may be given an appropriate tension. A motor 11 is rotated in order that the drums 7, 8 are rotated drivingly with the result that the diamond beads wire 12 is run circulatingly at a high speed. Accordingly, the lower part of the drums 7, 8 of respective loops is run in the direction of an arrow S in a strained state. The stone material 28 is lifted up together with a bogie through the actuation of a lift apparatus 6, further the relative movement in the upward and downward direction is performed between the loops 13 and thereof, so than respective loops may cut some cutting grooves onto a stone material surface, wherein the cutting grooves become deep accompanying the lift of the stone material 28. |
