PURPOSE:To improve the color sensitizing sensitivity of the title material, and to lessen the desensitization of the sensitive material even in the case of a high temp. and humidity by color-sensitizing the silver halide particle contd. in the sensitive material in the combination of specified color matter and high m.p. org. solvent, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide particle is color-sensitized in the combination of at least one of the color matters shown by formula I and at least one of the color matters shown by formulas II, III and IV, and at least one of the high b.p. org. solvents shown by formula VI. In formulas, I-V, R1, R8 and R11 are each a lower alkyl group, R2-R7, R9, R10, R12 and R13 are each alkyl group, A1-A4, B1-B5 and D1-D4 are each hydrogen or halogen atom., etc., X1-X4 are each an anion, (m), (n), (p) and (q) are each 1 or 2, W is oxygen atom., etc., Y1 is oxazole ring group, etc., Y2 is a thiazole ring group which may be condensed, etc., Z is a nonmetal atomic group necessary for forming a condensed naphtho ring, R14-R16 are each alkyl group, etc. Thus, the color sensitizing sensitivity of the sensitive material is improved, and the desensitization of the sensitive material, even in case of the high temp. and humidity is lessened. |
