A fuel supplied from an evaporator, is swirled by the fixed injection-plate, and passes through the net assembly, and fly away at the lower supporting plate. A fine metal net (2) is set at a hole (1') of a body (1), and a fixed injection plate (3) is set on the upper side of the fine metal net (2). The fixed injection plate (3) inclines downwardly. An upper supporting device (6) is made smaller than a lower supporting device (7). A distance between a fixing device (5) and a guide pipe (5) is constantly maintained.
