PURPOSE:To improve biologically industrial production of the title DNA chain, containing a base sequence to code a polypeptide obtained by combining specific amino acid sequences. CONSTITUTION:mRNA derived from leaves of pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) is treated to give DNA library complementary to mRNA. Then the library is immunologically operated to collect DNA chain which has base sequence to code a polypeptide consisting of 368 or 396 amino acids from A of amino acid sequence of the formula I to B of amino acid sequence of the formula II or from C to B and is capable of producing sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase. |
