<p>PURPOSE:To provide the function of erasing or recording the absolute time code by providing a detecting means for detecting the information belonging to one information group, means for displaying the results of the detection, means for setting a control mode and means for controlling recording. CONSTITUTION:For example, the failure in detecting the information is announced to a user by the display means 106 when the information belonging to one information group B is not detected. An instruction to permit after- recording is applied to the means 10 for setting the control mode when the user judges that the information can be erased. Then, the means 105 for controlling recording permits the after-recording to the recording means 102. An instruction to prohibit the erasure of the information is applied to the means 107 for setting the control mode when the user judges that the information belonging to the information group B is to be held. Then, the means 105 for controlling the recording prohibits the after-recording to the recording means 102. The selection of whether the absolute time code is erased or not by the user is thereby enabled.</p> |
