PURPOSE:To prevent the dispersion of the fluidity of fillers according to the flow of a resin at the time of molding, to distribute fillers uniformly, to obviate the generation of interface peeling with the resin due to the uneven distribution of fillers and to prevent scattering of color by adjusting the grain size of fillers in a prepreg. CONSTITUTION:Fillers are formed as granules, grain size of which is dispersed and which is distributed, but the grain size of the fillers is adjusted, and granules, the grain size of maximum grains of which is at most central grain size plus 2mum, are used when central grain size is less than 1mum, granules, the grain size of maximum grains of which is at most central grain size plus 4mum, when central grain size is from 1mum to 5mum, granules, the grain size of maximum grains of which is at most central grain size plus 7mum, when central grain size is from 5mum to 10mum, and granules, the grain size of maximum grains of which is at most central grain size plus 15mum, when central grain size is 10mum or more respectively. Here central grain size represents the medium of the distribution of grain size. The loading of fillers is not limited particularly, but it is preferable that the loading is set within a range of 30-150PHR. |
