MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CRYSTAL VIBRATOR

This method is for efficient continous automatic assembly. A crystall oscillator consists of a base (1), a pair of lead (2), a crystall piece (3) and a cap (4). The lead (2) is inserted in a hole (1a) of the base (1), and is sealed with glass in 1000-1050≦̸C furnace. The inner lead (6) forms in parallel type by press work. The crystall piece (3) is inserted in a slit (6a) of an inner lead (6). Electrode plates (3a,3b) are welded at the inner lead (6).
