PURPOSE:To obtain the foam containing mixture of a high foaming rate, by providing the delivery port of the mechanical froth foaming machine which frothes a hydrophilic thermosetting resin with the delivery tube which enlarges its cross-sectional area at its tip. CONSTITUTION:After a foam containing mixture is manufactured by supplying the aqueous solution or water dispersions of the resin material like a urea resin, a phenolic resin, a urethane resin, etc. to a mechanical froth foaming machine 1 and mixing, frothing it mechanically, the foam containing mixture is delivered from the delivery tube 11 which is attached at the delivery port 10 of the foaming machine 1 and of which the cross-sectional area of the tip part is enlarged. It is preferable that the internal pressure of the foaming machine 1 is 3kg/cm<2> or more and the ratio S2/S1 of the cross-sectional area S2 of the tip part of the delivery tube 11 and the cross-sectional area S1 of the delivery port 10 is 1.5 or more. |
