The bimorph element has at least a pair of piezo elements respectively on two surfaces of a central electrode. An electrode is formed on the surface of each piezo element which is opposite to a surface contacting the central electrode. The piezo elements are polarised in the same direction w.r.t. a directionsect of thickness of the bimorph element. A drive input circuit is arranged such that a cathode of a directional voltage limiting circuit is connected to an electrode contacting a positively polarised surface of a piezo element, and an anode of a second directional voltage limiting circuit contacts a negatively polarised surface of a piezo element. |
