PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of flashes or flaws, by making a form of a tunnel gate into a triangular form where a divided surface side is narrowest, which is expanded gradually as it goes away from the divided surface and the opposite side of the top positioning at the most divided surface side becomes parallel with the divided surface. CONSTITUTION:An injection mold 10 is constituted of a stationary mold 11 and movable mold 12. A form of a tunnel gate 18 is in a triangular one where a divided surface 14 side of the same is narrowest, the same is expanded gradually as it goes away from the divided surface 14 and the opposite side of the top positioning at the most divided surface 14 side becomes parallel with the divided surface 14. Then a sectional form of a gate part 23 corresponds to that of the tunnel gate 18. Since the gate part 23 in the molded product is cut off by a mold part between the tunnel gate 18 and divided surface 14 at the time of taking out, a precise plastic product is formed. |
