PURPOSE:To extremely facilitate the generation of a document of a table format by sequencing in advance a test input sequence to a test frame and moving a caret for showing a test input part, whenever an input delimiting key is depressed. CONSTITUTION:When a text frame is generated and a 'sequencing of text frame' instruction is executed, a sequencing use property sheet of the text frame is displayed on a CRT. By using this property sheet, an input sequence of a text is designated as shown in the figure. In a keyboard device, a text delimiting input key K is placed, and by depressing this key K, a caret C for showing a text input part is moved as shown in the figure and listing is executed. Also, whenever the key K is depressed, the caret C is moved immediately after the final text in the text frame of the next order. In such a way, a state that a hand is set free from the keyboard and the next input cannot be continued as it is eliminated, and by only depressing the key K, the caret can be moved to the next text frame and listing can be executed every easily. |
