<p>PURPOSE:To constantly hold a work contacting with a coil during heating the work and to obtain the work at uniform quenched temp. by holding up the work from the lower side with roller at other side of an arm fitting to a cylinder rod arranged in the coil body. CONSTITUTION:After setting the coil 2 at three positions with a positioning plate 12 to the work (c) of shaft product, etc., the cylinder 3 is worked to the position extending the rod 4, to turn the arm 6 as centering a supporting point 8. The arm 6 at the roller 9 side is ascended toward the work (c) and the roller 9 is brought into contact with the lower side of the work (c) and acted so as to lightly press the work (c) to the iron core 11. By this constitution, even in the case of coming to free state from the coil 2 during heating the work (c), the coil 2 and the work (c) are held to the contacting state with the roller 9 and the work (c) can be obtain under uniform quenching temp. and the quenched quality can be improved.</p> |
