发明名称 DETECTING METHOD OF TEMPERATURE OF HOT METAL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To detect the temperature of a hot metal continuously and accurately, by a method wherein measured temperature values changing with time are classified into patterns and a noise processing suitable for each pattern is applied. CONSTITUTION:A radiation thermometer is set in the upper part of a molten iron gutter of a shaft furnace, and measured temperature data obtained by the radiation thermometer are transmitted to a data processing apparatus. In the data processing apparatus, detection of temperature patterns and a noise processing based thereon are executed. On the occasion, measured temperature value patterns obtained when the temperature of the surface of molten iron is measured can be classified into five kinds. For instance, a No.1 pattern is a pattern obtained when a measured temperature value is detected to be low sporadically since a solid slag flows out onto the surface of the molten iron and covers the same partially. In the noise processing executed when this pattern is perceived, measured values below a certain value are not taken in, but temperature values only in the upper part are read, and a mean value is calculated.</p>
