<p>PURPOSE:To attain accurate synchronization by applying phase comparison between an asynchronous data and a clock signal, applying sampling of the asynchronous data based on the result of comparison and obtaining a synchronizing data synchronously with the clock signal from the result of sampling. CONSTITUTION:A state change detection means 111 detects its leading and trailing of the asynchronous data 101 and the clock signal 103, and a phase comparator means 121 compares the phase of the asynchronous data 101 and the clock signal 103 based on the result of detection. A sampling means 131 samples the asynchronous data 101 based on the result of comparison of the phase comparison means 121 and a synchronizing data 151 synchronously with the clock signal 103 is obtained from the result of sampling. Thus, the synchronization is applied accurately.</p> |
