PURPOSE:To easily select and extend functions as FMS by connecting controlled system equipment and computers divided for every functional element by individ ual communication lines for transmitting control information and operational information. CONSTITUTION:A FMS control 1 comprises an equipment operation control portion 30 for controlling the operation of plural controlled system equipment 2, a simulation portion 10 needed for operation management, a physical distribution control portion 20, a data management portion 40 and a computer independent on every functional element of every kind. A production management system 3 and a process design system 4 are connected to the simulation portion 10, the physical distribution control portion 20, the data management portion 40, and the controlled system equipments 2 by an operation information LAN 100, and the equipment operation control portion 30 and the physical distribution control portion are connected to the equipments 2 by a control information LAN 200. Thus, functions as FNS control device can be easily selected and expanded according to the demand of the applied production system so as to improve transfer efficiency and information management. |
