<p>PURPOSE:To exactly draw a minute graphic by moving slowly a mouse by constituting the title device so that the lower a moving speed of a mouse operating part is, the smaller the cursor moving amount becomes. CONSTITUTION:When a mouse operating part 10 is operated, a mouse moving direction is detected by a moving direction detector 11, and a cursor moving amount is determined from the number of pulses which are generated in a prescribed time by a mouse movement by a moving amount changing device 12. In such a case, the device is set so that the more the number of pulses is, the larger the cursor moving amount becomes. When the cursor moving amount is determined by the changing device 12, a driving pulse corresponding to the cursor moving amount is generated by a driving pulse generator 13. Subsequently, by a cursor moving amount converter 15 of a control part 18, a driving pulse from a mouse part 14 is detected and converted to the cursor moving amount, and eight directions on the coordinate are selected by a direction selector 16. Next, by a cursor display part 17, a signal for a cursor display use is outputted, and a graphic is displayed on a screen of a display part 1.</p> |
