PURPOSE:To obtain a video signal, by reading out the contents stored previously to a storage element group after designating an address based on the digital values of signals I, Q and Y and a signal obtained by digitizing the phase of a secondary carrier wave and then converting the read-out signal into an analog signal. CONSTITUTION:In the case of an NTSC system, a subcarrier signal having the phase modulated by signals I and Q is stored in each element of a storage element group 11 so as to obtain a video signal which is superposed by a luminance (Y) signal. Signals R, G and B are converted into signals I, Q and Y respectively by a matrix circuit 5. The signals I, Q and Y are then converted into parallel digital signals d-f by A/D converters 6-8. At the same time, an output signal (j) obtained by counting the output of an oscillator 9, i.e., clock signals (i) by a counter 10 is converted into a digital signal corresponding to the phase of a subcarrier wave F. These signals d-f and (j) are used to address signals to read out the digital signal which is stored in the corresponding address position of the group 11. A reading signal (h) is converted into an analog signal (k) by a D/A converter 12 and then converted into a video signal by a filter 13. |
