<p>Device allowing 2 tissue-dissection clamps to be joined firmly together. The invention relates to a device making it possible to join 2 dissection clamps firmly together, allowing a single operator a two-fold grip on the tissues. It consists of 2 main elements, each formed by a pair of hooks I, II, and III, IV; each hook of the same pair being welded to the other via a female rail 6 in the case of one pair, and a male rail 7, in the case of the other. These 2 main elements fit together via a set of male/female rails which slide with respect to each other. Each hook comprises a cylinder/guide/spring system (the spring working in tension), making it possible to move the jaws of these hooks apart and together. An attached element is connected to the main element by a system which is identical, but works by detensioning; there is furthermore provided a locking/unlocking system, capable of temporarily neutralising the detension effect of the spring. The device according to the invention is intended for dissection in surgery of the viscera. <IMAGE></p> |
