PURPOSE:To mold the titled resin base containing few contaminants, impurities, etc. and being excellent in optical characteristics, by blowing clean air from an upper part in a space and by taking out a molded article in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the airblow through an opening by means of a take- out device. CONSTITUTION:A mold 8 is set in a substantially-closed space 11 above a molding machine 7, a purified-air blowing device 12 is provided in the upper part of the space, and clean air is made to flow down from above the mold 8. An opening 13 of the space 11 is provided in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the airblow, and a molded resin base 2 is taken out through said opening by a take-out device 14. This constitution enables the improvement in the cleanness around the mold, as well as the molding of the titled resin base which is hardly affected by the contamination caused by an oil mist generated from the molding machine during a molding operation, a gas produced by cracking, burning, etc. of resin, foreign particles, dust, etc., and which contains few contaminants, impurities, etc. and is excellent in optical characteristics. |
