PURPOSE:To uniformize combustion rate for fine powdered coal in each tuyere and descent of charging materials to circular direction by controlling the fine powdered coal in each tuyere in accordance with blowing rate of branching pipe in each tuyere. CONSTITUTION:The fine powdered coal with gas from a fine powdered coal supplying device 1 through gas carrying main pipe 2 is distributed with a distributor 3 and also carried under pressure into a blast furnace from each distributor 4 and blown into the furnace from each tuyere 10. The blowing rate for each tuyere 10 and the flow rate for the fine powdered coal flowing each branching pipe 4 are inputted into an arithmetic and control unit 9 from a flow meter 8 for blast branching pipe 7 and a flow meter 6 for fine powdered coal, respectively, and the flow rate for fine powdered coal is operated in accordance with the flow rate for each blast branching pipe 7 with the above unit 9. Based on this valve, a flow rate adjust valve 5 for fine powdered coal in each branching pipe 4 is controlled to decide the flow rate for the fine powdered coal blowing from each tuyere in accordance with the blast rate of the each blast branching pipe 7. By this method, the descent of the charging materials to circular direction can be uniformized and it can obtain excellent effect to the stable operation in the blast furnace. |
