PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the time of drying and improve the pleasantness in using for users by providing drying operation control means which controls a ventilation fan to ventilate the air in a drying chamber by operating it during mode butting. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation fan 26 is provided in a drying chamber 10 and room cooling operation for the inside of a room which circulates coolant from an outdoor machine 1 to a machine 2, machine 3, and machine 4 in the room is carried out in response to a cooling demand signal; on the other hand, drying operation which circulates the coolant from the outdoor machine 1 to a drying unit 9 is carried out in response to a drying demand signal. Furthermore, during a mode butting in which cooling demand signal and drying demand signal are generated simultaneously heat pump operation control means 11 give priority to the room cooling operation and, at the same time, drying operation control means 13 operates a ventilation fan 26 and controls it to ventilate the air in the drying chamber 10. When the drying operation is interrupted due to a mode butting time measurement action control means 31 delays the speed of time measurement of a drying timer. |
