<p>PURPOSE:To regenerate conveyer belts without the need for spare belt by a method in which the surface covering rubber of a conveyer belt in a state of being attached to a driver is cut and removed along its driving direction, the surface of the base material is ground, and a surface covering rubber for regeneration is pressingly contacted with the ground surface with the aid of an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:When a conveyer belt 6 is slowly turned, the surface covering rubber 62 is cut by a band saw 131 and separated from the base material 61. The surface of the base material 61 is ground by a polisher 221 and an adhesive supplied between rollers 323 and 324 is coated on the surface of the base material 61. On the other hand, the adhesive is also coated on the surface of a surface covering rubber 63 for regeneration by a roller 332. The covering rubber 63 passes through the rollers 421 and 411, is covered on the base material 61, and pressingly bonded to the base material 61 exactly by application of 1,500-3,000 times per minute impaction to the surface of the covering rubber 63 by an air hammer 521.</p> |
