An anchorage cartridge (1) with a two-component adhesive for fastening an anchorage rod in a borehole comprises a front region (5) filled with resin (7) and a rear region (6) filled with a filler (9) and a hardener. The front region (5) is separated from the rear region (6) by an intermediate piece (4) consisting, like the anchorage cartridge, of a destructible material, in particular glass or plastic. The anchorage cartridge (1) can be activated manually by tapping it with a hammer and is suitable for overhead anchorage assembly in the tension region.
