Pyridimine derivs. of formulae (Ia), (Ib) and/or (Ic) are new where R = 1-6C alkyl or aryl (opt. substd. by 1 or more halo); X = Cl or Br, or arylsulphonyloxy (opt. substd. 1 or more times). Pref. R = 1-2C alkyl or (both opt. substd. by Cl and/or Br) phenyl or naphthyl; X = Cl, Br or (both opt. substd. by 1-2Calkyl) phenyl- or naphthyl-sulphonyloxy.
