<p>PURPOSE:To peel insulation coating at the jointed end of a cable automatically by a specified length, by providing a rotor rotatably to a supporting body integrated with a frame, by disposing a pair of guide streak banks in an array and by providing a bite holder equipped with a cutter to the guide streak bank so as to move rectilinearly. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd chuck device 26 is operated and a cable W is temporarily pinched while the 1st chuck 3 is operated and the cable W at the other position is temporarily pinched. Then, when a cutter driving cylinder device 20 is driven, a bite holder 19 equipped with a cutter 18 is pushed down. At the same time, as the main driving wheel 15a of a driving motor 15 rotates a pulley 12 through a driving belt 16, a rotor 13 rotates and the cutter 18 notches the insulation coating Wa at the jointed end of the cable W and stops. Then, when a driving cylinder device 35 moves a holding frame body 25 leftwards which is equipped with the 2nd chuck device 26 while the cable W is kept on being pinched temporarily by the 2nd chuck device 26, the insulation coating Wa at the jointed end of the cable W is peeled.</p> |
