<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a variation in a rotating speed by applying a phase lead compensation to a slip frequency signal equal to the difference between an AC exciting armature voltage frequency and a rotating frequency. CONSTITUTION:A phase detector 9 detects a slip phase thetas between the voltage phase thetav of an AC power system 1 and the rotating phase thetar of an AC exciting synchronous machine. An exciting current controller 14 controls the secondary side current of the synchronous machine 5 on the basis of a vertical axis current command Id, a lateral axis current command Iq and the slip phase thetas. On the other hand, a slip frequency fs represented by the difference between a system frequency and a rotary frequency is applied to a dead zone circuit 24 and a slip frequency correction controller 25 to obtain a compensation signal P0. A phase lead compensation is applied by a compensation signal generator 26 to the slip frequency fs to obtain a compensation signal P1. An automatic effective power controller 20 and an automatic voltage controller 21 output current commands Iq, Id according to a power deviation and a voltage deviation.</p> |
