The present invention relates to a luminaire grid/acoustic/acoustic ventilation ceiling which can be suspended from the ceiling of the building and has elements which can be lined up continuously one beside the other and are in the form of domes consisting of thin-walled sheet metal and having cheeks which are directed vertically upwards in the mounted state, said cheeks exhibiting upper, outwardly directed portions which are adjoined obliquely downwards by air-channelling plates, the outwardly directed portions bearing on the upper edges of the longitudinal webs of the slatted grid ceiling which run parallel to the domes, and in each case two air-channelling plates spanning the distance predetermined by the transverse webs of the grid ceiling, an air gap being formed in the process. <IMAGE>
