CONDENSER FOR THE VAPOURS IN AN OVEN

In known condensers, fat and odour substances can be deposited on the condenser, which can reduce the efficiency and lead to undesirable odours. In order to prevent impairment by formation of deposits of fat and odour substances, condenser (3) and condensate collector (4) are removably mounted in a housing (2) provided with a closable opening for removal. The condenser is suitable for condensation of vapours which form in a baking oven.
