PURPOSE:To obtain the run-away preventing circuit having the simple circuit constitution by providing a second decoding circuit to make the output of an address decoder, the output of a first decoding circuit and the output of a latch circuit into an input. CONSTITUTION:A decoding circuit 4 is provided besides an address decoder 1, a decoding circuit 2 and a latch circuit 3. The decoding circuit 4 is composed of one 3-input NAND gate and one inverter, and the output of the address decoder 1, the output of the decoding circuit 2 and the output of the latch circuit 3 are made into the input of the circuit 4. At present, when the run-away condition is obtained and the output of a decoding circuit 3 becomes the high level, a resetting signal line 5 becomes a high level, resetting is applied and therefore, the line can get out of the run-away condition. Thus, the circuit constitution becomes simple. |
