<p>PURPOSE:To effectively attain a refreshing processing by storing a memory condition at every word line based on the comparison result between the contents of a clock device and a time fixed beforehand. CONSTITUTION:A comparison monitor device 6 compares the time of the measurement result of a clock device 5 with the time fixed beforehand in order not to erase information by means of a capacitor which stores the information, and when the measured time exceeds the time fixed beforehand, a condition memory 7 is notified of the address of the word line. Condition information invalidness to indicate that the information stored in the capacitor connected to the word line as a charge has been erased in written into the condition memory 7. In addition, when a writing processing to a certain word line is executed, the condition information corresponding to the word line in the condition memory 7 is stored as validness, and the elapse time of the clock device 5 corresponding to the word line is initialized to be zero. Thus, the refreshing processing is made efficient.</p> |
