<p>9-Amino-alkoxy-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethano-anthracenes (I) and salts thereof: A=2-4C alkylene; R=pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholino or piperazino, N-lower alkyl-piperazino, N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-piperazino, di-lower alkylamino or mono-lower alkylamino. R1= CF3, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, NO2, halogen (radicals R1 can be same or different) m = 1,2 n = 1,2 Anti-histaminics, anti-allergics and psychotropic pharmaceuticals. Intermediates for manufacture of other useful substances, esp. those having a pharmaceutical activity. Administered as tablets, dragees, capsules or suppositories, or in liquid form solns., suspensions or emulsions in conjunction with usual pharmaceutical excipients. Can be used in veterinary medicine in one of the above mentioned forms or in the form of animal fodder or additives to animal fodder in the breeding and feeding of animals.</p> |
