CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive material is processed by the developing soln. contg. at least one compds. expressed by the formula I or II. In the formulas, R1-R3 denote a hydrogen atom., etc.; R4, R5 denote a bivalent arom. group; Y denotes a sulfur atom., etc.; L denotes a bivalent combination group; X denotes -NR6R7, etc.; R6-R8 denote a hydrogen atom., etc.; n denotes 0 or 1. Ar denotes a diffusion resistant group, etc.; R denotes a substd. alkyl group.
