PURPOSE:To simultaneously bake conducting paths and insulating layers, and improve mass productivity, by performing baking after a plurarity of layers of material which reacts at the time of baking and turns to conductor and a plurality of layers of material which are insulators are alternately printed on a sintered body of aluminum nitride. CONSTITUTION:On a sintered body 11 of aluminum nitride, paste A12 is screen- printed on the whole surface, and dried at 150 deg.C. Thereon paste B13 is printed in a pattern as shown by (a), and dried at 150 deg.C. Thereon, paste A14 is screen- printed in a pattern as shown by (b), and dried in the same manner. Thereon paste B15 is printed in a pattern as shown by (c), and dried in the same manner. After degreasing, this laminated body is baked at 1800 deg.C for two hours in a nitrogen atmosphere. A ceramic multilayer board of aluminum nitride obtained in the above manner has complete conductivity in the part where the paste B is printed, and the aluminum nitride layers between conducting paths effectively operate as insulating layers. |
