PURPOSE:To reduce the work of a handling clerk in charge by providing a receiving route and paying rote independently, connecting between the back stage of a temporary storing part provided on the receiving route and the front stage of a discriminating part through a pattern abnormal regression route switching means. CONSTITUTION:Both routes of a receiving route 17 and a paying route 18 provided independently execute a transaction, and when a pattern abnormal bill is discriminated on the receiving transaction, the bill can be led automatically to a discriminating part 19 though a pattern abnormal regression route switching means 30 and can be rediscriminated. Consequently, the pattern abnormal bill is regression-carried to the discriminating part 19 and rediscriminated automatically without being returned once to a bill receiving port 15, and a rereceiving processing can be given. As a result, the returning processing of the pattern abnormal bill is avoided completely, and the number of the returning times of the discrimination bad bill is reduced surely. Thus, the work of a clerk in charge who handles the returned bill is reduced. |
