PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification of structure and the miniaturization by setting each gear ratio through rear and front wheel sides each planetary gear of the gear ratio of an input gear to a center gear and torque distribution ratio of a front wheel side to a rear wheel side to a specific relation. CONSTITUTION:A center differential gear 4 provides a ring gear 15 serving as the input gear connected to a final gear 8 of a transmission and supported rotatably with a front wheel axle 14 serving as the center, front and rear wheel side each planetary gear 16, 17 meshed through respectively each gear part 16a, 16b with each internal gear part 15a, 15b of the ring gear 15 and a center gear 18 meshed astride each planetary gear 16, 17. Here of the gear ratio of the ring gear 15 to the center gear 18, each gear ratio K1, K2 through each planetary gear 16, 17 is constituted in the number of teeth so as to satisfy a relation where -(1-K1)/(1-K2)=R relating to torque distribution ratio R of a front wheel side to a rear wheel side.
