SENSOR FOR ABNORMALITY IN ROTATION OF SPINDLE DRIVING MOTOR IN RING SPINNING MACHINE OR THE LIKE

摘要

PURPOSE:To sense the presence or absence of an abnormality in the respective driving systems by discriminating whether the rotational speed of motors for driving the respective spindles driven with a variable frequency power source correspond to the set frequency with sensed rotational speed of a traveler. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal is outputted from a sensor 5 for each passage of a traveler 4 rotating on a ring 3 through a position opposite the sensor 5. An output frequency of a variable frequency power source 2 and rotation pulse number of the traveler 4 for 1sec are outputted from an UP/DOWN counter 6 to a discriminator 14. If the output is above the set value set by a switch group 13, an abnormality indicating lamp is lit.
