发明名称 PYROELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPOSITION
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a dense pyroelectric porcelain composition containing a complex oxide expressed by the specific formula and mainly containing Pb, Mg, Nd and Ti as main components and Mn as a subsidiary component and having high mechanical strength and pyroelectric evaluation index and relatively high Cury temperature. CONSTITUTION:The aimed pyroelectric porcelain composition constituted by incorporating 0.3-2.5atom% Mn as a subsidiary component into the above- mentioned complex oxide having a composition expressed by the formula as a main component. In order to produce the above-mentioned composition, Pb3O4, CaCO3, MgCO3, Nb2O3, TiO2 and Mn2 is used as a raw material, weighted so as to give a composition expressed by the table 1 and these blend raw materials are each blended in wet state. Then the resultant powder is dried, calcined, pulverized and then mixed with organic binder, and granulated in uniform side. The granulates are pressed into a desired shape and sintered. As a result, the aimed pyroelectric porcelain composition having high pyroelectric coefficient and >=190 deg.C high Curie point is obtained from the resultant pyroelectric porcelain.
