PURPOSE:To obtain a copper ion conducting glass suitable for constructing material of display element, sensor, etc., having low cost and high ion conductivity, comprising three components of CuI, CuBr and Cu2MoO4 in specific molar ratios. CONSTITUTION:The copper ion conducting glass is composed by three components of CuI, CuBr and Cu2MoO4 and shown by the region surrounded by following each point of component in the ternary system diagram: A (0mol% CuBr, 35mol% CUI, 65mol% Cu2MoO4), B (10mol% CuBr, 25mol% CuI, 65mol% Cu2MoO4), C (25mol% CuBr, 25mol% CuI, 50mol% Cu2MoO4), D (15mol% CuBr, 45mol% CuI, 40mol% Cu2MoO4) and E (0mol% CuBr, 60mol% CuI, 40mol% Cu2MoO4). |
