PURPOSE:To record picture information and test information to an information recording medium in an optimum condition by providing an interpolation processing means to execute a different interpolation processing for every recording area of the information recording medium to an interpolation processing part. CONSTITUTION:An interpolation processing part 15 consists of two interpolation processing means 15a and 15b to execute different interpolation processing corresponding to recording areas 20a and 20b of an X-ray film 20 as a information recording medium. Picture information is converted into the image signal of a video signal at an image signalizing part 13, is stored once in a receiving memory 14 and is sent to a position allocating part 16a after being interpolation- processed with the interpolation processing means 15a. On the other hand, a text information is converted into the image signal at the image signalizing part 13, is stored once in the receiving memory 14 and is sent to a position allocating part 16b after being interpolation-processed with the interpolation processing means 15b. Thus, the text information of a character, etc. is recorded clearly, and the picture information is recorded smoothly and beautifully. |
