<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently execute a mouse operation by using an output inverting switch. CONSTITUTION:A mouse is equipped with switching means 1 and 2 and a change-over switching means 3, at the time of ordinarily operating, the change- over switch means 3 is connected to 10X and 10Y sides and the moving quantity detected by rotation detecting means 5 and 6 is outputted as position information as it is in both X and Y directions. At the time of the inversely instructing, a change-over switch 3 is operated, connected to 9X and 9Y sides, the moving quantity detected from the rotation detecting means 6 and 6 is inverted with output inverting circuits 7 and 8, made into the moving quantity in a minus direction and outputted as the position information. Thus, even when the mouse is moved up to the boundary of the movable area, and the cursor is not moved to a desired position, the change-over switch 3 of an output inversion is switched, the mouse is moved in the opposite direction and thus, the cursor can be moved to the desired position.</p> |
