PURPOSE:To quickly respond to flatness control and improve the product quality and yield by adding a correction amount to an amendment amount at each operating terminal to calculate a new amendment amount and performing control. CONSTITUTION:An operating bender pressure is inputted to a 1st correction amount arithmetic unit 20 and the unit 20 calculates a bender pressure correction amount. An adder 22 adds a bender pressure amendment amount from a set error arithmetic unit 6 to a bender pressure correction amount from the unit 20 to find a bender pressure amendment amount and inputs the bender pressure amendment amount to an operating bender pressure arithmetic unit 7. A leveling operating amount is inputted to a 2nd correction amount arithmetic unit 21 and the unit 21 calculates a leveling correction amount. An adder 23 adds a leveling amendment amount from the unit 6 to a leveling amendment amount from the 2nd unit 21 to find a leveling amendment amount and inputs the amount to a leveling operating amount arithmetic unit 8. The unit 7 inputs a calculated result to both a bender controller 9 and the 1st unit 20. The unit 8 inputs a calculated result to both a leveling controller 10 and the 2nd unit 21.
