PURPOSE:To easily confirm the back-up condition of a memory even at the time of the power failure before shipment and after site providing by equipping a detecting means to detect that a power source for back-up is used and a displaying means of the detected result. CONSTITUTION:When a memory is in a back-up condition, namely, when a latch circuit 19 is in a setting condition, a light emitting driver 22 is also ON besides a driver 20 of a transistor 16 and the condition, in which a light emitting diode 21 emits a light, is obtained. When the memory is not backed up, namely, when a main power source is not interrupted and while the latch circuit 19 is reset, a light emitting diode driver 22 is not operated and the light emitting diode 21 does not emit the light. For this reason, it can be easily confirmed whether or not the memory is backed up. |
